In the biological sense, an animal, or human is a person who has developed. If used in conjunction with human beings, the term "adult" could mean anything that is related to legal or social concepts. Legal adult means a person has reached the age of adulthood and is defined as autonomous, self-sufficient as well as responsible. Also known as "majors" They can also be considered as having reached the age of adulthood. The typical age of attaining legally adulthood is 18 but the definition can vary based on legal rights, country and the level of development in psychological terms.

Then, after middle age (starting at around 40) is the time to reach older age (around the age of 60). The three main stages of adulthood include early adulthood (from the mid 30s until late 60s) mid-adulthood between mid-30s to late-60s and later adulthood (mid-60s until the time of death). As we enter early adulthood we have reached the fullest physical maturation. But, the body's size and weight could rise. Our physical capabilities are peaking when we are young adults. This is reflected in muscle strength in addition to reflex time, the sensors, and the heart's function.
